What happens during week 25 – 26?
Exercise and Nutrition at 7 Months Pregnant
You can still exercise and move around during your third trimester, but you might want to avoid any activities that require a lot of jumping or bouncing. Walking, yoga, swimming, and other low-impact exercises are all very beneficial and safe to do.
Your doctor may advise bed rest and limiting your physical activity until your due date if you are at risk of going into labor early, such as if you are carrying multiples or have previously given birth preterm.
Continue taking your prenatal vitamins and supplements as prescribed by your doctor in terms of nutrition. Try to stay away from any food that could make pregnancy symptoms worse, such as indigestion. Foods like spinach, pumpkin seeds, cheese, almonds, black beans, walnuts, kale, and other leafy vegetables that are high in iron, magnesium, calcium, and folic acid will support a healthy pregnancy.
