‘Twilight’: Stephenie Meyer Revealed How Edward Got Bella Pregnant

‘Twilight’ fans were confused about how Edward got Bella pregnant

Because Edward is a vampire, it makes sense that fans would wonder how he was able to get his wife pregnant. Edward obviously doesn’t have human male blood coursing through his veins because he is a member of the undead. Fans of Twilight questioned how he could even have intimate relations with Bella, much less cause her to become pregnant, for obvious reasons.

Despite the fact that Twilight is a work of fiction, many fans started finding flaws in the pregnancy plot and asking Meyer how it could possibly be true. In fact, the author received so many inquiries about Bella’s conception that she answered them on her personal website. The author claims that vampires have venom that functions similarly to blood, explaining how Edward was able to cause Bella to become pregnant.

However, a Twilight superfan who writes for Buzzfeed, Jenna Guillaume, decided to explain how the pregnancy came about in the first place.

The explanation continues by informing readers that a liquid circulating throughout the body in between cells is analogous to how blood circulates in humans. But this liquid comes in the form of venom.

According to Stephenie, venom-related fluids cause tissues to react similarly to how they do to an influx of blood, making it possible for vampires to still exhibit the typical arousal reactions.

Despite being a “vampire made of stone,” Edward Cullen was able to conceive Bella, according to a Twilight fan.

Due to their bodies’ inability to change to accommodate a fetus, vampire women in the Twilight universe are unable to become pregnant. But men are apparently able to get human women pregnant. Â Â.

I’ve been a Twilight fan for over 10 years now, and there’s one question (okay, there are a lot of questions, but bear with me) that I keep seeing about the series.
